Iowa High School Basketball - MOC-Floyd Valley fells Hinton
December 19, 2020: Hinton, IA 51024 MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen (Orange City, IA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Hinton Blackhawks (Hinton, IA), 53-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, MOC-Floyd Valley upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Dutchmen travel to West Lyon (Inwood, IA) to play the Wildcats in a Siouxland bout on Tuesday, December 22. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 5-1. West Lyon won 59-29 in their recent league bout against Okoboji (Milford, IA)
Next up, the Blackhawks play the Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn Hawks (Hartley, IA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 8. Hinton will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
