Kansas High School Basketball - Maize overwhelms Mulvane
February 5, 2021: Mulvane, KS 67110 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Maize Eagles (Maize, KS) and the host Mulvane Wildcats (Mulvane, KS), saw Maize's basketball squad wallop Mulvane by a tally of 67-18.
With the victory, Maize improves its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Hutchinson (Hutchinson, KS) to confront the Salthawks in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 8. The Salthawks come into the challenge with a record of 5-8. Hutchinson won 50-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Newton (Newton, KS)
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Rose Hill Rockets (Rose Hill, KS) in a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail IV challenge, on Friday, February 12. Mulvane will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record.
