Minnesota High School Basketball - Wayzata holds off Robbinsdale Cooper
March 4, 2021: Plymouth, MN 55446 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Wayzata Trojans (Plymouth, MN) and the visiting Robbinsdale Cooper Hawks (New Hope, MN), saw Wayzata's basketball squad hold off Robbinsdale Cooper by a tally of 63-58.
With the victory, Wayzata improves its record to 8-6 on the campaign. The Trojans host Moorhead (Moorhead, MN) to confront the Spuds in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 5. The Spuds come into the challenge with a record of 6-5.
Next up, the Hawks confront the Academy of Holy Angels Stars (Richfield, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 9. Robbinsdale Cooper will attempt to improve on its 8-6 season record. The Stars come into the challenge with a 12-3 record after their 68-60 non-league win over Benilde-St. Margaret's (St. Louis Park, MN).
