December 4, 2020: Longwood, FL 37250 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Lyman Greyhounds (Longwood, FL) and the visiting Lake Brantley Patriots (Altamonte Springs, FL), saw Lyman's basketball squad hold off Lake Brantley by a tally of 60-56.
With the victory, Lyman improves its record to 1-5 on the campaign. The Greyhounds travel to Orlando Christian Prep (Orlando, FL) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 8. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Orlando Christian Prep won 42-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Academy of the Holy Names (Tampa, FL)
Next up, the Patriots confront the Forest Lake Academy Panthers (Apopka, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 7. Lake Brantley will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 55-46 non-league loss to Orlando Christian Prep (Orlando, FL).
