January 21, 2021: Claflin, KS 67525 Central Plains Oilers (Claflin, KS) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Larned Indians (Larned, KS), 69-25 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Central Plains upgrades its record to 9-2 on the season. The Oilers travel to St. John (St. John, KS) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 23. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 8-5. St. John won 41-25 in their recent non-league bout against Reno County HomeSchool (Hutchinson, KS)
Next up, the Indians clash with the Reno County HomeSchool Sabres (Hutchinson, KS) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 23. Larned will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Sabres go into the bout with a 3-10 record after their 41-25 non-league loss to St. John (St. John, KS).
