Iowa High School Basketball - Unity Christian tops South O'Brien
December 19, 2014: Orange City, IA 51041 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Unity Christian Knights (Orange City, IA) and the visiting South O'Brien Wolverines (Paullina, IA), saw Unity Christian's basketball squad knock off South O'Brien by a count of 71-63.
With the victory, Unity Christian upgrades its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Madison (Madison, SD) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Sunday, December 21. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Madison won 48-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Lennox (Lennox, SD)
Next up, the Wolverines play the Sibley-Ocheyedan Generals (Sibley, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 20. South O'Brien will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Generals come into the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 62-25 league win over Boyden-Hull (Hull, IA).
