New York High School Lacrosse - South Side overwhelms Port Washington
March 30, 2019: Port Washington, NY 11050 The South Side Cyclones triumphed over the host Port Washington Vikings lacrosse team by a score of 13-8 in Saturday's non-league match.
With the win, South Side upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Cyclones travel to Garden City (Garden City, NY) to play the Trojans in a Section 8 B - League 2 match on Wednesday, April 3. The Trojans go into the match with a record of 3-0. Garden City won 11-4 in their recent non-league match against Salesianum (Wilmington, DE)
With the defeat, Port Washington drops to 2-2 on the season. The Vikings host Massapequa (Massapequa, NY) to play the Chiefs in a Section 8 A match on Friday, April 5. The Chiefs go into the match with a record of 2-2. Massapequa lost 13-8 in their recent non-league match against Chaminade (Mineola, NY)
