August 30, 2016: Victoria, TX 77904 Victoria West Warriors (Victoria, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Floresville Tigers (Floresville, TX), 3-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Warriors battle the Terry Rangers (Rosenberg, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 27 match, on Tuesday, September 13. Victoria West will attempt to advance on its 7-5 season record.
With the loss, Floresville drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Tigers host San Marcos (San Marcos, TX) to battle the Rattlers in a 6A Region II District 14 match on Friday, September 2. The Rattlers come into the match with a record of 11-16. San Marcos lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Hays (Buda, TX)
