The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Northfield Norseman (Wabash, IN) and the visiting Southern Wells Raiders (Poneto, IN), saw Northfield's volleyball squad beat Southern Wells by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Northfield upgrades its record to 6-2 on the year. The Norseman travel to Huntington North (Huntington, IN) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 30. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 8-2. Huntington North won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Maconaquah (Bunker Hill, IN)

The Raiders now own a 1-9 record. They play next when they host Daleville for a non-league bout on Monday, August 29. Southern Wells will play a Broncos squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Delta (Muncie, IN). The Broncos record now stands at 5-2.
