February 1, 2017: Somersworth, NH 03878 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Somersworth Toppers (Somersworth, NH) and the visiting Sanborn Regional Indians (Kingston, NH), saw Somersworth's basketball squad wallop Sanborn Regional by a tally of 64-37.
With the victory, Somersworth improves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Toppers host Berlin (Berlin, NH) to play the Mountaineers in a Division III challenge on Friday, February 3. The Mountaineers come into the challenge with a record of 8-5. Berlin won 57-43 in their recent league challenge against Prospect Mountain (Alton, NH)
Next up, the Indians play the Raymond Rams (Raymond, NH) in a Division III challenge, on Friday, February 3. Sanborn Regional will attempt to improve on its 4-11 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 1-10 record after their 74-48 non-league loss to Epping (Epping, NH).
