April 19, 2022: Albuquerque, NM 87105 In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the Rio Grande Ravens (Albuquerque, NM) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Farmington Scorpions (Farmington, NM), by a final score of 12-3.
With the win, Rio Grande upgrades its record to 15-4 on the season. The Ravens host Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM) to encounter the Tigers in a 5A District 5 challenge on Thursday, April 21. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 15-6. Los Lunas won 10-0 in their recent league challenge against Capital (Santa Fe, NM)
With the defeat, Farmington falls to 17-4 on the season. The Scorpions travel to La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM) to encounter the Bears in a 5A District 2 challenge on Saturday, April 23. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 16-3. La Cueva lost 11-5 in their recent league challenge against Sandia (Albuquerque, NM)
