Connecticut High School Softball - Notre Dame Catholic bounces Immaculate
April 30, 2018: Danbury, CT 06810 Notre Dame Catholic Lancers (Fairfield, CT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Immaculate Mustangs (Danbury, CT), 13-0 in a league challenge.
The Lancers now own a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they host Kolbe-Cathedral for a Southwest - Patriot challenge on Wednesday, May 2. Notre Dame Catholic will battle a Cougars squad coming off a 15-1 league loss to Weston (Weston, CT). The Cougars record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, Immaculate falls to 5-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to New Fairfield (New Fairfield, CT) to battle the Rebels in a Southwest - Patriot challenge on Wednesday, May 2. The Rebels enter the challenge with a record of 7-5. New Fairfield won 19-5 in their recent league challenge against Bethel (Bethel, CT)
