Longmont Trojans (Longmont, CO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nip the visiting Sterling Tigers (Sterling, CO), 52-49 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Longmont upgrades its record to 21-2 on the season. The Trojans host Steamboat Springs (Steamboat Springs, CO) to encounter the Sailors in a non-league bout on Friday, February 26. The Sailors go into the bout with a record of 15-8. Steamboat Springs won 48-46 in their recent non-league bout against Wasson (Colorado Springs, CO)

Next up, the Tigers encounter the Mitchell Marauders (Colorado Springs, CO) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 26. Sterling will attempt to upgrade on its 21-2 season record. The Marauders go into the bout with a 14-10 record after their 75-64 non-league win over Golden (Golden, CO).
