Indiana High School Basketball - Union ripped by Cowan
February 23, 2010: Muncie, IN 47302 In Tuesday's league match, the host Cowan Blackhawks basketball squad scored a big 65-43 victory over the Union Rockets.
With the victory, Cowan improves its record to 11-7 on the campaign. The Blackhawks travel to Wapahani (Selma, IN) to play the Raiders in a Mid-Eastern challenge on Friday, February 26. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 13-6. Wapahani won 52-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Shenandoah (Middletown, IN)
Next up, the Rockets play the Hagerstown Tigers (Hagerstown, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 25. Union will attempt to improve on its 2-15 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 2-14 record after their 66-54 league win over Tri (Straughn, IN).
