Georgia High School Basketball - Heard County nips Cass
December 16, 2023: White, GA 30184 Heard County Braves (Franklin, GA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Cass Colonels (White, GA), 46-42 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Heard County upgrades its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Braves host Bowdon (Bowdon, GA) to play the Red Devils in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Red Devils come into the bout with a record of 0-6. Bowdon lost 49-31 in their recent non-league bout against Central (Carrollton, GA)
Next up, the Colonels play the Paulding County Patriots (Dallas, GA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 19. Cass will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Patriots come into the bout with a 5-6 record after their 60-30 non-league loss to Harrison (Kennesaw, GA).
