The Cherokee Bluff Bears (Flowery Branch, GA) basketball crushed the host Cedar Shoals Jaguars (Athens, GA), 54-32 in Friday's league test.

The Bears (18-4) will now prepare for their test against North Hall (Gainesville, GA). The Trojans go into the AAAA Region 8 test with a 15-6 record. In their last test, North Hall walloped Seckinger (Buford, GA), 66-23, in a league test.
