Wisconsin High School Basketball - Bonduel nudges Wittenberg-Birnamwood
January 18, 2024: Bonduel, WI 54107 Bonduel Bears (Bonduel, WI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Wittenberg-Birnamwood Chargers (Wittenberg, WI), 50-46 in a league bout.
With the win, Bonduel upgrades its record to 15-2 on the season. The Bears host Iola-Scandinavia (Iola, WI) to clash with the Thunderbirds in a Central Wisconsin - East bout on Monday, January 22. The Thunderbirds go into the bout with a record of 0-16. Iola-Scandinavia lost 43-39 in their recent league bout against Menominee Indian (Keshena, WI)
Next up, the Chargers clash with the Shiocton Chiefs (Shiocton, WI) in a Central Wisconsin - East bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Wittenberg-Birnamwood will attempt to upgrade on its 12-2 season record. The Chiefs go into the bout with a 5-12 record after their 59-39 league loss to Amherst (Amherst, WI).
