February 3, 2024: Coal Grove, OH 45638 In Saturday's non-league outing, the Dawson-Bryant Hornets (Coal Grove, OH) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Fairview Eagles (Ashland, KY), by a count of 73-5.
The Hornets (8-11) will now prepare for their outing against Chesapeake (Chesapeake, OH). The Panthers go into the Ohio Valley outing with a 11-9 record. In their last outing, Chesapeake smashed Rock Hill (Ironton, OH), 39-23, in a league outing.
The Eagles now hold a 3-18 record. They play next when they travel to Glenwood for a non-league outing on Monday, February 5. Fairview will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 61-19 league win over East (Sciotoville, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 7-12.
