Delaware High School Basketball - Sun Valley overwhelms Brandywine
December 5, 2023: Wilmington, DE 19803 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Sun Valley Vanguards (Aston, PA) and the host Brandywine Bulldogs (Wilmington, DE), saw Sun Valley's basketball squad wallop Brandywine by a tally of 58-28.
With the victory, Sun Valley improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Vanguards travel to Interboro (Prospect Park, PA) to confront the Buccaneers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 7. The Buccaneers come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Interboro lost 38-34 in their recent non-league challenge against Renaissance Academy (Phoenixville, PA)
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the William Penn Colonials (New Castle, DE) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 7. Brandywine will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Colonials come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 47-42 league win over Concord (Wilmington, DE).
