Nevada High School Basketball - Amplus Academy overwhelmed by Legacy
January 23, 2024: Las Vegas, NV 89113 The Amplus Academy Archers basketball team (Las Vegas, NV), was overwhelmed 74-11 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Legacy Longhorns (North Las Vegas, NV)
The Longhorns now possess a 14-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bonanza for a 4A Sky battle on Friday, January 26. Legacy will confront a Bengals team coming off a 49-27 league loss to Valley (Las Vegas, NV). The Bengals record now stands at 3-8.
The Archers (0-12) will now prepare for their battle against Southeast Career Tech (Las Vegas, NV). The Roadrunners come into the 4A Sky battle with a 9-13 record. In their last battle, Southeast Career Tech trounced Eldorado (Las Vegas, NV), 57-17, in a league battle.
