February 8, 2024: Wahoo, NE 68066 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Bishop Neumann Cavaliers (Wahoo, NE) and the visiting Roncalli Catholic Crimson Pride (Omaha, NE), saw Bishop Neumann's basketball squad wallop Roncalli Catholic by a count of 58-29.
With the victory, Bishop Neumann upgrades its record to 15-5 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to Archbishop Bergan (Fremont, NE) to play the Knights in a C2 District 4 challenge on Friday, February 9. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 11-7. Archbishop Bergan lost 56-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Oakland-Craig (Oakland, NE)
Next up, the Crimson Pride play the Blair Bears (Blair, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 10. Roncalli Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 9-11 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 8-10 record after their 58-33 non-league win over Concordia (Omaha, NE).
