Iowa High School Basketball - Carlisle fells Indianola
December 18, 2023: Indianola, IA 50125 Carlisle Wildcats (Carlisle, IA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Indianola Indians (Indianola, IA), 61-50 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Carlisle upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Boone (Boone, IA) to clash with the Toreadors in a Raccoon River bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Toreadors go into the bout with a record of 4-5. Boone lost 48-37 in their recent league bout against A-D-M (Adel, IA)
Next up, the Indians play the Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs (Dallas Center, IA) in a Little Hawkeye challenge, on Friday, January 5. Indianola will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record.
