Pennsylvania High School Football - Hampton nips Mars

October 21, 2022: Mars, PA 16046

The Hampton Talbots (Allison Park, PA) football nudged the host Mars Fightin' Planets (Mars, PA), 49-42 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Talbots clash with the Highlands Golden Rams (Natrona Heights, PA) in a WPIAL AAAA Greater Allegheny bout, on Friday, October 28. Hampton will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Golden Rams enter the bout with a 8-1 record after their 56-35 league loss to Armstrong (Kittanning, PA).

The Fightin' Planets (5-4) will now prepare for their bout against North Catholic (Cranberry Township, PA). The Trojans enter the WPIAL AAAA Greater Allegheny bout with a 5-4 record. In their last bout, North Catholic held off Indiana (Indiana, PA), 41-0, in a non-league bout.
