Louisiana High School Basketball - Carroll crushes Union Parish
January 26, 2024: Monroe, LA 71201 Carroll Bulldogs (Monroe, LA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Union Parish Farmers (Farmerville, LA), 70-27 in a league bout.
With the victory, Carroll upgrades its record to 19-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to North Webster (Springhill, LA) to play the Knights in a 3A District 1 bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 4-10. North Webster lost 91-8 in their recent league bout against Wossman (Monroe, LA)
Next up, the Farmers play the Wossman Wildcats (Monroe, LA) in a 3A District 1 bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Union Parish will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 25-3 record after their 91-8 league win over North Webster (Springhill, LA).
