January 19, 2024: Londonderry, NH 03053 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Pinkerton Astros (Derry, NH) and the host Londonderry Lancers (Londonderry, NH), saw Pinkerton's basketball squad overcome Londonderry by a tally of 86-69.
With the victory, Pinkerton improves its record to 13-0 on the campaign. The Astros travel to Salem (Salem, NH) to confront the Blue Devils in a Division I challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a record of 4-4. Salem lost 61-42 in their recent league challenge against Windham (Windham, NH)
Next up, the Lancers confront the Alvirne Broncos (Hudson, NH) in a Division I challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Londonderry will attempt to improve on its 4-7 season record. The Broncos come into the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 57-37 non-league loss to Trinity (Manchester, NH).
