Michigan High School Basketball - Mason County Central nips Brethren
December 18, 2023: Brethren, MI 49619 Mason County Central Spartans (Scottville, MI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Brethren Bobcats (Brethren, MI), 55-52 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Mason County Central upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Spartans travel to Montague (Montague, MI) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Montague lost 65-53 in their recent league bout against Ludington (Ludington, MI)
Next up, the Bobcats play the Bear Lake Lakers (Bear Lake, MI) in a West Michigan D bout, on Wednesday, January 3. Brethren will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record.
