New York High School Basketball - School of the Arts topples Northstar Christian Academy
January 25, 2024: Rochester, NY 14607 In Thursday's non-league outing, the School of the Arts Silverhawks (Rochester, NY) basketball squad beat the visiting Northstar Christian Academy Knights (Rochester, NY), by a count of 73-53.
The Silverhawks (5-7) will now prepare for their challenge against East Rochester (East Rochester, NY). The Bombers come into the non-league challenge with a 13-0 record. In their last challenge, East Rochester toppled Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NY), 63-42, in a non-league challenge.
Next up, the Knights play the Waterloo Tigers (Waterloo, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 27. Northstar Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 4-9 record after their 77-56 league loss to Newark (Newark, NY).
