Wright (New Orleans, LA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Warren Easton Fighting Eagles (New Orleans, LA), 66-61 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Wright upgrades its record to 21-10 on the season. The host Kennedy (New Orleans, LA) to clash with the Cougars in a 3A District 9 bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 18-11.
