December 28, 2023: Paris, KY 40361 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Webb Spartans (Knoxville, TN) and the host Paris Greyhounds (Paris, KY), saw Webb's basketball squad overcome Paris by a tally of 67-58.
With the victory, Webb improves its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Corbin (Corbin, KY) to play the Redhounds in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 29. The Redhounds come into the challenge with a record of 4-1.
Next up, the Greyhounds play the George Rogers Clark Cardinals (Winchester, KY) in a District 40 challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. Paris will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 11-1 record after their 54-50 non-league win over Madison Central (Richmond, KY).
