Oklahoma High School Basketball - Hollis fells Burns Flat-Dill City
January 30, 2024: Hollis, OK 73550 Hollis Tigers (Hollis, OK) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Burns Flat-Dill City Eagles (Burns Flat, OK), 53-44 in a league bout.
With the win, Hollis upgrades its record to 9-10 on the season. The Tigers travel to Sayre (Sayre, OK) to play the Eagles in a Shortgrass bout on Friday, February 2. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 5-11. Sayre won 34-33 in their recent league bout against Snyder (Snyder, OK)
Next up, the Eagles play the Canute Trojans (Canute, OK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 2. Burns Flat-Dill City will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 14-6 record after their 59-44 league win over Hammon (Hammon, OK).
