The Middlesex Chargers (Saluda, VA) basketball knocked off the visiting Chincoteague Ponies (Chincoteague, VA), 66-48 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Chargers (17-4) will now prepare for their test against Northampton (Eastville, VA). The Yellowjackets go into the non-league test with a 17-7 record. In their last test, Northampton notched a victory over Charles City (Charles City, VA), 82-48, in a non-league test.

The Ponies now own a 5-11 record.
