January 26, 2024: Pleasant Hill, LA 71065 Pleasant Hill Eagles (Pleasant Hill, LA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Pitkin Tigers (Pitkin, LA), 69-53 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Pleasant Hill upgrades its record to 15-12 on the season. The Eagles host Hornbeck (Hornbeck, LA) to clash with the Hornets in a C District 3 bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 11-14. Hornbeck won 56-52 in their recent league bout against Simpson (Simpson, LA)
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Oak Hill Rams (Hineston, LA) in a B District 4 bout, on Monday, January 29. Pitkin will attempt to upgrade on its 19-13 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 6-18 record after their 73-41 league loss to Hicks (Leesville, LA).
