Centennial Eagles (Port St. Lucie, FL) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Palm Beach Central Broncos (Wellington, FL), 63-50 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Centennial upgrades its record to 15-7 on the campaign. The Eagles host Cardinal Gibbons (Fort Lauderdale, FL) to play the Chiefs in a non-league bout on Monday, January 29. The Chiefs come into the bout with a record of 17-4. Cardinal Gibbons won 58-51 in their recent non-league bout against St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Next up, the Broncos play the Pahokee Blue Devils (Pahokee, FL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 25. Palm Beach Central will attempt to upgrade on its 15-6 season record. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a 2-12 record after their 64-63 non-league loss to Clewiston (Clewiston, FL).
