California High School Basketball - Tamalpais holds off Novato

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Tamalpais Red Tailed Hawks (Mill Valley, CA) and the host Novato Hornets (Novato, CA), saw Tamalpais's basketball squad hold off Novato by a tally of 62-58.

With the victory, Tamalpais improves its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Red Tailed Hawks travel to San Rafael (San Rafael, CA) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 13. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 5-14. San Rafael lost 67-53 in their recent league challenge against Marin Catholic (Kentfield, CA)

Next up, the Hornets confront the San Rafael Bulldogs (San Rafael, CA) in a Marin County challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Novato will attempt to improve on its 8-10 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 5-15 record after their 62-43 non-league loss to Tamalpais (Mill Valley, CA).
