Maryland High School Basketball - Pallotti crushes Archbishop Curley
January 6, 2012: Baltimore, MD 21213 Pallotti Panthers (Laurel, MD) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Archbishop Curley Friars (Baltimore, MD), 73-17 in a league bout.
With the victory, Pallotti upgrades its record to 12-6 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Chapelgate Christian Academy (Marriottsville, MD) to play the Yellowjackets in a MIAA B bout on Friday, January 13. The Yellowjackets come into the bout with a record of 8-7.
Next up, the Friars play the Severn Admirals (Severna Park, MD) in a MIAA B bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Archbishop Curley will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The Admirals go into the test with a 2-9 record after their 49-31 league loss to Annapolis Area Christian (Severn, MD).
