Florida High School Basketball - Circle Christian crushes Central Florida Christian Academy
January 12, 2012: Ocoee, FL 32808 Circle Christian Centurions (Orlando, FL) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Central Florida Christian Academy Eagles (Ocoee, FL), 63-19 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Circle Christian upgrades its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Centurions travel to First Academy (Orlando, FL) to play the Royals in a 3A District 5 bout on Friday, January 13. The Royals come into the bout with a record of 12-4. First Academy lost 77-73 in their recent non-league bout against Olympia (Orlando, FL)
Next up, the Eagles play the Faith Christian Lions (Orlando, FL) in a 2A District 5 bout, on Friday, January 13. Central Florida Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 9-4 record after their 68-66 non-league loss to Lake Mary Prep (Lake Mary, FL).
