In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Shaler Area Titans basketball team scored a good 69-52 triumph over the Butler Golden Tornado.

In their next game, the Titans confront the Central Catholic Vikings (Pittsburgh, PA) in a WPIAL AAAA 3 match, on Friday, January 27. Shaler Area will attempt to better on its 15-2 season record. The Vikings enter the match with a 9-8 record after their 62-47 league win over North Hills (Pittsburgh, PA).
