Robinson Bulldogs (Concord, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC), 79-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Robinson upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Bulldogs host Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC) to play the in a non-league game on Friday, December 9. The enter the game with a record of 1-4.

With the defeat, Carson moves to 2-2 on the year. The Cougars host A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC) to face the Wonders in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 6. The Wonders enter the game with a record of 0-1. A.L. Brown lost 77-60 in their recent non-league game against Anson (Wadesboro, NC)
