Ohio High School Basketball - Vinton County nudges Waverly
December 10, 2013: McArthur, OH 45651 Vinton County Vikings (McArthur, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Waverly Tigers (Waverly, OH), 52-46 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Vinton County upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Vikings travel to Piketon (Piketon, OH) to clash with the Redstreaks in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 4. The Redstreaks go into the bout with a record of 1-2.
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Piketon Redstreaks (Piketon, OH) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 27. Waverly will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
