Ohio High School Basketball - Eaton topples National Trail
February 11, 2014: Eaton, OH 45320 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Eaton Eagles (Eaton, OH) basketball squad beat the visiting National Trail Blazers (New Paris, OH), by a count of 58-48.
The Eagles (2-16) will now prepare for their outing against Monroe (Monroe, OH). The Hornets go into the Southwestern Buckeye - Southwestern outing with a 7-10 record. In their last outing, Monroe defeated Talawanda (Oxford, OH), 52-30, in a non-league outing.
The Blazers now hold a 1-14 record. They play next when they travel to Twin Valley South for a Cross County outing on Friday, February 14. National Trail will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 59-37 league loss to Franklin Monroe (Pitsburg, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 11-6.
