Minnesota High School Lacrosse - Apple Valley trounced by Eden Prairie
April 17, 2010: Eden Prairie, MN 55346 Eden Prairie Eagles (Eden Prairie, MN) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse team top the visiting Apple Valley Eagles (Apple Valley, MN), 18-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Centennial for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 20. Eden Prairie will face a Cougars team coming off a 7-5 league win over Mahtomedi (Mahtomedi, MN). The Cougars record now stands at 1-1.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Owatonna Huskies (Owatonna, MN) in a Section 3 challenge, on Tuesday, April 20. Apple Valley will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 18-8 non-league win over Visitation/St. Paul Academy/Summit (Mendota Heights, MN).
