In Tuesday's league outing, the Ponder Lions (Ponder, TX) basketball squad felled the visiting Howe Bulldogs (Howe, TX), by a margin of 80-63.

The Lions (14-7) will now prepare for their outing against Pilot Point (Pilot Point, TX). The Bearcats go into the 3A Region II District 10 outing with a 15-4 record. In their last outing, Pilot Point thwarted Pottsboro (Pottsboro, TX), 68-48, in a league outing.
