In Thursday's league outing, the Devon Prep Tide (Devon, PA) basketball squad nipped the host Jenkintown Drakes (Jenkintown, PA), by a margin of 41-39.

The Tide (5-7) will now prepare for their outing against MAST Community Charter (Philadelphia, PA). The Panthers go into the Bicentennial - Liberty outing with a 5-11 record. In their last outing, MAST Community Charter was tipped by Delaware County Christian (Newtown Square, PA), 54-52, in a league outing.

The Drakes now own a 13-5 record. They play next when they travel to Calvary Christian Academy for a Bicentennial - Constitution outing on Friday, January 29.
