The Pontotoc Warriors tipped the host Pearl Pirates basketball team by a final score of 74-67 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Warriors face the New Albany Bulldogs (New Albany, MS) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 5. Pontotoc will attempt to move on its 9-6 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 8-6 record after their 59-55 non-league win over Aberdeen (Aberdeen, MS).
