Indiana High School Basketball - Mississinewa nips Bluffton

Mississinewa Indians (Gas City, IN) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Bluffton Tigers (Bluffton, IN), 47-45 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Mississinewa upgrades its record to 12-9 on the campaign. The Indians travel to New Castle (New Castle, IN) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 25. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 14-6. New Castle lost 48-42 in their recent non-league bout against Westfield (Westfield, IN)

Next up, the Tigers play the New Haven Bulldogs (New Haven, IN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 23. Bluffton will attempt to upgrade on its 11-7 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 20-12 record after their 52-47 non-league loss to Fort Wayne Bishop Luers (Fort Wayne, IN).
