Rowland Raiders (Rowland Heights, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Northview Vikings (Covina, CA), 60-58 in a league bout.

With the win, Rowland upgrades its record to 9-8 on the season. The Raiders travel to Baldwin Park (Baldwin Park, CA) to play the Braves in a Valle Vista bout on Friday, January 19. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 4-11. Baldwin Park lost 76-44 in their recent league bout against Covina (Covina, CA)

Next up, the Vikings play the San Dimas Saints (San Dimas, CA) in a Valle Vista bout, on Friday, January 19. Northview will attempt to upgrade on its 4-17 season record. The Saints go into the bout with a 11-7 record after their 70-47 league win over Wilson (Hacienda Heights, CA).
