Enka Jets (Enka, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host T.C. Roberson Rams (Asheville, NC), 85-66 in a league bout.

With the win, Enka upgrades its record to 12-8 on the season. The Jets host Erwin (Asheville, NC) to play the Warriors in a Western Mountain 3A bout on Friday, February 2. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 9-10. Erwin lost 58-53 in their recent league challenge against Asheville (Asheville, NC)

Next up, the Rams confront the North Henderson Knights (Hendersonville, NC) in a Western Mountain 3A challenge, on Thursday, February 1. T.C. Roberson will attempt to improve on its 6-12 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 13-7 record after their 73-51 league win over West Henderson (Hendersonville, NC).
