Connecticut High School Basketball - Guilford overwhelms Lyman Hall
January 29, 2018: Wallingford, CT 06492 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Guilford Indians (Guilford, CT) and the host Lyman Hall Trojans (Wallingford, CT), saw Guilford's basketball squad wallop Lyman Hall by a tally of 77-50.
With the victory, Guilford improves its record to 14-1 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Fairfield Prep (Fairfield, CT) to confront the Jesuits in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 31. The Jesuits come into the challenge with a record of 4-11. Fairfield Prep won 79-66 in their recent non-league challenge against Sheehan (Wallingford, CT)
Next up, the Trojans confront the Hillhouse Academics (New Haven, CT) in a Southern Connecticut - Hammonasset challenge, on Wednesday, January 31. Lyman Hall will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record. The Academics come into the challenge with a 8-5 record after their 61-43 league win over North Haven (North Haven, CT).
