Minnesota High School Basketball - Fridley fells Highland Park
February 2, 2018: St. Paul, MN 55116 Fridley Tigers (Fridley, MN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Highland Park Scots (St. Paul, MN), 81-66 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Fridley upgrades its record to 10-6 on the season. The Tigers host Concordia Academy (Roseville, MN) to play the Beacons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Beacons go into the bout with a record of 9-8. Concordia Academy won 62-52 in their recent non-league bout against Academy of Holy Angels (Richfield, MN)
Next up, the Scots play the Washington Tech Eagles (St. Paul, MN) in a St. Paul City bout, on Monday, February 5. Highland Park will attempt to upgrade on its 5-13 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 5-18 record after their 84-60 league loss to Como Park (St. Paul, MN).
