Illinois High School Basketball - Carver knocked off by Bradley-Bourbonnais
December 29, 2017: Chicago, IL 60827 The Bradley-Bourbonnais Boilermakers basketball team scored 42 points and held the host Carver Challengers to 32 in the Boilermakers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Boilermakers now sport a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Andrew for a SouthWest Suburban - Red contest on Friday, January 5. Bradley-Bourbonnais will play a Thunderbolts squad coming off a 54-50 non-league loss to Highland Park (Highland Park, IL). The Thunderbolts record now stands at 8-6.
Next up, the Challengers play the Corliss Trojans (Chicago, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Carver will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Trojans come into the bout with a 12-2 record after their 56-42 non-league win over Lincoln-Way East (Frankfort, IL).
